i have been trying to connect with my sprit guides actively. I have had a couple of dreams where I have had encounters with 2 of them.I would however like to conciously( ie in the wake state) be able to communicate with them as well.
I would like to learn how you cnnect with them consciously. Are there any specific methods that you use? is there any precaution you use.
i surfed and there was one method where you ask the guides to touch you and give you a yes no to your questions but i feel it is similar to the ouja board and as Erin mentions somewhere in her blögs it might be dangerous.
