Day 15 #2 Night sleep: 12am-4am
Nap: 4-5pm
It just so happened that I woke up at 4am because my son had, what I suspect was, mild food poisoning. He woke up throwing up, and he didn't settle down to go back to sleep until 5am, and I decided that I might as well stay up. Then I had stuff to do. I cleaned up in the morning, read my book, took a shower, and went for a short walk. I think being in the sun really helped! I spent the rest of the day doing stuff and didn't slow down enough to get sleepy until I got home.
Overall, it went pretty well. I felt some sleepiness, but no more than if I woke up at 5am and slept for 6 hours.
