I've never experience 'paralasys' per se, although often when this happens, I just choose not to move.
I get that all the time. I have three cats, so it is easy to chalk it up that it is them. Each cat has it's own pace and step and I can usually identify which one it is, without looking. Sometimes, I cannot, and when I look up to see which cat it is..there is no cat there.

Sometimes, it happens and I could swear it is my one cat Jack Otis. Those are the times I will get up and locate the cat and he is always in a deep sleep in a cupboard or something, when I do find him.

This is the only experience, so I am not going to say it is hynogogic or anything to do with sleep paralysis. I am curious, if Cats can astrally travel from their sleeping bodies the way that people can. That is really what it feels like, to me. (It seems like Jack Otis can do this, but it never feels like Pudge or Sissy, the other two cats...ever.)

anyone feel this is possible??

Blessings,
Rebecca
