Mhh, dismissing a myth based on an experiment with 2 persons? ;< I probably eat a tad bit more than the average human. Yet for the past 2 years, I have barely gained weight, if at all any. If any, it just came from heavier bones due to growth. Not from the food. Lead a sedentary life till a few months ago. Went from sedentary to moderately active. Result: Still same weight. Didn't lose anything, didn't gain anything. I hate my body at times....
I blame my BMR.
