It's simple, but not easy, for me at least and at this point.

I've been thinking about it over the last few days and I think I've come to realize what, for now, my biggest 'obstacle' seems to be. Right now I'm 'here' (with all my doubts, limiting beliefs) and I want to be 'there' (transcend my ego, see my outcomes etc), and I don't see how I can cross from the point A to the point B. All along I believed it had to be a leap! You jump from point A to point B, and it seemed impossible to me!

But then the other day it hit me, it's a journey! I know it sounds silly and I've read about it so many times, it's a journey, and I've heard people say it, but I just now fully understood it and accepted it. I feel much better and more at peace now I know I'm on my way.

I'm sorry if I'm off topic, I got carried away
I suggest following E Tolle more and just "be". Remember there is no "there" in a "time" basis. From the point of "now" is where to begin and end.

I also suggest looking at your pain body. The egoic self and the pain body to seem to work hand in hand ... the ego finds a position/conceptualised view of itself and then fights it. The pain body reminds the egoic/limiting self why, what and when it needs to "defend" or "fight" that position out.

When you are ready everything falls into place ... but it all comes from within you.
