There is no separation of self and other, so the short answer is: yes. If you can affect yourself, you can affect 'others' since they are also part of you(conversely, you are part of them). And faith is the most powerful force in the world, so the extent is infinite.

I would recommend that you manifest, "How can I learn more about manifestation" and then browse, being observant. Its what worked for me and helped develop me immensely - the universe hears questions, and gives answers.
