Recently, I have been meditating and spending time journaling. It is going well, but I have some emotions that have built up over the years and I would like to release them.
It is not possible to release or deal with all the emotions in your psyche just like that all at once, at your convenience.
Suppose someone said he wanted to experience all possible weather patterns at once, at his command, right now, once and for all. Then that would be an impractical request.
For one thing we are limited and the cosmic system is not concerned with fulfilling our every wish. That is evident by the frustrations of so many human beings from day to day. Yes, desires are fulfill but not all of them. Yes, we can release emotions now and get some relieve but the emotions will build up again and again after every release.
The technique is one of continual safe and constructive release.
Meditation and diet does help considerably but added to these and perhaps of the utmost important is learning to how to interact with persons with whom certain emotions must be resolved. Meditation may provide insight in how to efficiently carry out such interactions but it is not a replacement for his interactions themselves.
