Releasing Built Up Emotions. How?
Hello Good People.
Recently, I have been meditating and spending time journaling. It is going well, but I have some emotions that have built up over the years and I would like to release them. Meditation helps and I suppose diet to a certain extent. I do feel a sense of heavy headedness through the day, but a strong release of emotions is what I feel ready for.
I have good friends and people that do help me but, no one who I can really fully express my emotions to on a deep level.
Naturally, any information is useful.
