The short: you'll manifest whatever you believe you can. If you read around on the forums, you'll see various people finding various methods useful. Research, look around, find something that you like and can believe in. Willworking, magick, manifestation, whatever you want to call it - it is all highly personal. Mastering it will be a personal journey of discovery.

Beyond that...

Physical presence has little to do with the actual mechanics manifestation. None of it is taking place on this level of consciousness/reality/universe - its like the Matrix's scene of "I know kung-fu". Morpheous defeats Neo, and Neo assumes it is because Morpheous is stronger and faster than he is. Of course, it has nothing at all to do with his physical muscles inside a computer program.

In fact, this was tested before with prayer groups on bacteria in petri dishes and in other experiments. Physical distance, if it is a factor, is vastly inferior of an influence compared to quantities of conviction, faith, and "love energy."

As to what is a 'better' manifestation: heh. Again, a highly personal choice and while I do think there are more correct answers here, you will most learn with experience. It might not hurt to visualize an end result you want, "This girl is now my girlfriend, and I am so grateful to the Source/God/Universe." At the same time, it also might not hurt to visualize something more immediate and simpler to believe in, like "We've met again, and we hit off great! Thank you, God/Source/Universe!"

Whatever is easier for you to maintain faith in, focus on that. The more faith you can pump into a manifestation, the harder the universe will work to make it happen.

Detachment is necessary. You seem to be manifesting your lack of her on a significant basis - once you form a manifestation, the next step is to let it go. This is because unless you have absolute faith, conscious thought introduces doubt. Doubt is not good.

After you've manifested and detached, watch for alpha reflections and beta reflections. You should see them soon, which is the universe's way to inform you that its gotten your order. This should help with your faith. However, after the initial alpha reflections, there may be a significant lull in further validification. Its important to keep up the faith yourself then.

Chances are, if it /had/ worked out perfectly, you will see opportunities emerge(perhaps you find a way of contacting her in a favorable way?), and you can get to act on them. Chances are that it will not be fast. You can improve the speed by working on yourself, and realizing that it is usually something in you that is slowing down the manifestation.

I'm overall uncomfortable with the way that you keep writing things as 'out of your control.' That implies a fundamental belief that it is, in fact, out of your control. If you set such parameters for your universe, then you will not succeed. The universe is going to abide by your more heartfelt belief: that this is not in your control.

If I may, I suggest that you focus on manifesting easier goals for the moment. She's not going anywhere for the moment. You need to build your faith, confidence and love in yourself - you seem to be well on your way, so keep at it. Prioritize that above a difficult manifestation.
