If I could only pick only two from the business-side it would be Michael Dell and Steve Jobs. They supposedly don't like each other.

The two I'd pick on the philosophical-side would be Jesus and Lao Tzu. It would be great to hear how each would reword their philosophies using modern-day language and modern-day metaphors. And I wonder where exactly they would disagree with each other.
