I believe that you also need to put in effort for whatever you're manifesting - the universe presents you with opportunities, but only you can choose to use them. You're far more likely to get to 20/20 vision along with regular use of eye exercises than putting in no effort whatsoever.

LOA /is/ magic on a fundamental level, but it is not magic in the Hollywood sense. You're not going to get something for nothing. Its not how energy works.
