Breakfast - Two scrambled eggs, two breakfast sausage links. Later on one cup of Yerba Mate tea. Lunch - Spinach and romaine salad with cucumber, feta, tomato, bean sprouts, avocado, and olive oil with balsamic vinegar Snack - Handful of raw cashews and a few cacao nibs Dinner - few Grilled shrimp that I cooked up for my husband & I, but never got around to making anything else for me Post dinner snack (since dinner never really happened) - Plain raw milk yogurt
Got busy this evening doing some work and time slipped away.
