Try journaling your dreams. Keep a notebook beside your bed and write down anything you think or feel is related to your dreams when you wake up. It shouldn't take too long for your recall to improve dramatically. Don't worry if you don't get much at first -- all you need is a feeling, or an image, or, when it comes, a sequence.
