Well, from your point of view (or the point of view of any individual) people have no belief actually. They just have the beliefs that you think they have. When you say "people have some beliefs", it is just a guess of what you think they believe.
I am tempted to say all of their belief are in your mind, but I'd rather say they are all in your consciousness.
