Human beings on the whole are not hunters ... your point about a tribe is moot because it is an extreme. When conducting research, extremes are eliminated.
Call it what you will, lifestyle in your case, but this is another passing fad. It's another opportunity for someone to make money ... that's all it is. Ori can have his six pack, but so can so many others living so many others lifestyles. This is no better nor worse than anything else out there.
For the record ... it's not really fair to call this a lifestyle if a few days in you fail.
