I'm going to have the kindly disagree with you. It's neither a fad, or a diet. To me, it's a lifestyle change.

Though neither Ori nor I can give you proper scientific evidence and research, the effect it has had on our bodies is all that matters.

Ori has a six pack and is healthy, vibrant, and energetic. He is nearly of retirement age.

For the couple of days that I've been on the Warrior Diet, my head feels clearer, my energy levels have been up, my hormones and libido have been in check, and I just feel happier overall.

I do believe that the ease to which my body adapted to this "diet" has at least proven to me that it is efficient.

Yes, we DO have the ability to run things down. Our potential for extreme muscle endurance is sufficient proof. There is a tribe in Africa, that, to this day OUTRUNS its prey in order to get their food. There is a video on youtube showing how they do this. (Human Potential | Crafty Life) Like it or not, at least a few of our ancestors were hunters.

It certainly hasn't marketed well, as I wasn't able to find Ori's books at any bookstore in my city (I live in New York) and all the resources were online. MANY people have been living this way for YEARS, including Ori Hofmekler (5% bodyfat), Arthur DeVany, (70+ years old, can still dunk), and many more.
