This "Diet" is not a diet at all, it's a fad that will pass.

Ori picks and chooses what he call his "research". Use the phrases like "Researchers say" and "evidence shows" doesn't show anything ... where are the results? Who are the researchers paid by? What evidence shows that humans are nocturnal eaters? The circadian clock that this guy blabs about has our body temperature at it's lowest in the evenings ... around 10PM which is also when the body's melatonin production is highest which is the time that the body is meant to rest ... not digest huge meals.

To call human beings hunters/gatherers couldn't be farther from the truth. Evidence: Compare humans to other hunters on this planet ... do we have claws, sharp teeth, the ability to run anything down? Human beings are not built to hunt in the wild.

This "diet" is cute ... but nothing more than marketing and business. Give a diet a manly name and men will flock to it and throw lumps of cash away to become a "warrior" ... I assume a "gladiator" diet will be out soon. Maybe I'll start that one.
