Today i woke up at 7
Last days i woke up before 9, but because of workload in the evening it wasn't early enough. Goal next week: 6:30. Monday i wanna go down and start waking up at 6:30.
Goal week after: 6:00.
Goal week after that... we wil see, but not later than 7:00. Goal tonight: going to bed early, 10 or 11, and read in bed.
Goal tomorrowmorning: waking up at 7:00. |
