Day 19
Night sleep: 12am-5:30am
Nap: 2-2:30pm
It's going pretty well, although I do feel a little tired, especially before my nap. I also start feeling sleepy early on at night. I think I could have gone to bed at 10pm last night. Maybe I could pay attention to when I'm tired at night a bit more, at least to be in bed by 11. Heat and physical exercise I'm sure play a role. Yesterday I went for a long walk, and some of it up a steep hill, carrying my two-year-old. It was definitely a great work-out! This morning I went to the lake, and besides being in the sun for a couple of hours, I also went for a nice swim. I did skip my morning yoga routine cause I just didn't feel like it, but I'll catch up tonight.
