To explain the joke....o.c.d. is the need to make everything perfect, some people have to alphabetize their music collections, books and whatnot. everything in perfect order...a place for everything and everything in it's place.
My doctor about fell out of her chair, when I corrected her and told her that I preferred to call it c.d.o.
