Does your university have facilities to help people whose native language is something other than English? Perhaps you could go see someone and get some assistance, if you really do need it. I'm sure that kind of initiative would look good to the professors as well.
As for your accent, don't worry about what other people think! If you put in the effort to show your professors that you're doing your best to participate then that's the important thing, not how well you speak English.
