Long distance courier - pick up some stuff at point A, drive a couple hundred miles(or kilometres*1,6), drop that stuff at point B, drive back. Or maybe pick up some more stuff at point B(or C) and drive then to point A, or point D, etc. Or pick up a whole lot of stuff at point A, and then take some of it to point B, some to point C, D, E, T, C..
Not a whole lot of stress, but be wary of routine.. (or at least make sure you get to go to interesting places)
