Hi, George. To get everything into synch, I'd suggest doing a a grounding meditation, as Rebecca suggested, and also doing a visualization, as vividly as you can, of a physical activity that gives you joy. It doesn't matter what the activity is, as long as it's one that has felt good to you and takes intentional physical coordination. Tennis is my favorite; sex is good, too, or salsa dancing.

Start by closing your eyes, imagine yourself in the ideal physical surrounding for the activity. Now see your body beginning the activity, warming up, stretching, maybe stepping out onto the court, throwing the ball in the air, pulling your arm back, and stepping into a serve -- wham. Imagine the ball going to the perfect spot, and being returned by a fine, dependable opponent so that you can draw your arm back getting ready for a nice forehand swing. And so on. Enjoy watching yourself for a bit, and then step into your body and go through the entire sequence again, looking through your own eyes, seeing what you see, hearing what you hear, and feeling the sensations in your body, your arms, your legs, your goes, the sun on your face, feel everything as vividly as you can -- make it as real as possible. Take some time to really feel and enjoy the movement and the vitality of your body. Then do some grounding, and bring yourself up gently to wide awareness.

Now, move your body and feel that same vitality and presence in your body, mind and spirit. Feel how good it feels to have generated that feeling. Ideally, if you can, go DO the activity that you have projected. Now really feel it, and afterwards, notice the adeptness in your limbs, in your heart and lungs -- notice how you carry that alignment of body/mind with you deliberately.

Does that feel good?
