Breakfast - Swedish hard bread and some orange juice
Lunch 1 - Homemade meatballs and pasta
After excercise - Protein shake and about half a pound of
quark
Lunch 2 - Chickenfilé and broccoli
Dinner - Swedish hard bread with cheese on and boiled eggs
Also about 8-12 cups of black coffee spread out during the day

(I love coffee)
That's all I remember. Might have eaten something in between lunch 2 and dinner.
