I'm with Plato: Finding partners with the same goal is a great success tactic. I have a friend who goes to the gym with me three mornings per week...without her, I probably wouldn't go at all. And once a week, I have a "boot camp day" with a writer friend of mine: Every hour, we call one another to discuss what we got done in the last hour and what we plan to do in the next hour. Boot camp days are my most productive days.
