ginkgo is on a distinguished road

Low blood sugar is rare. It is a disease and not normal. But the cleansing symptoms of fasting feel the same just as if you stop smoking. Here is the purpose of detoxifying. The body gets toxins from eating and produces metabolic toxins from digestion. That is what modern medicine teaches.

So here is an analogy (even though it is a side effect and not your purpose). I do volunteer work at a place that gets donations and sells the stuff in their store and give the money to AIDS groups. They sell everything but more of clothes than anything else.

With the other things, they put the stuff donated in the store the same day that they get it. They get so much clothes that they put the bags of clothes in a warehouse to go through. Note the body is cleansing and detoxifying everyday especially while you are sleeping.

Now if in the warehouse they process the clothes slower than the rate that they get it, the pile grows. That is what has been happening. Has it stopped the place from operating? No! But the pile is now a massive mountain that is about 30 feet high and 50 feet wide.

There is barely enough room to get through. If it gets bigger there will be no room to walk by it and people will need to climb over it which will slow things down. But if they stopped taking donations for a while, they can reduce the pile.

So if your body is keeping up with the amount you are eating, then it is fine. But usually people eat way too much and the the mole hill of toxins is growing into a mountain. This is called degenerative disease. The ones that get worse as you get older.

Half the people in America over 85 have dementia. So it is probably from a mountain of toxins. In Natural Hygiene, they call this the cause of almost all health problems. They call it "toxemia." When you fast, the body has a chance to get rid of excess toxins or play ketchup, I mean catch-up.
