hey zoodles

although fasting is a very effective and healthy practice, I'm not sure I would recommend it for you. It might be too much of a quantum leap from where you are currently at. If you make too big of a change too fast, chances are you will revert back to old habits out of frustration.

I've always found that my eating habits tend improve all by themselves when I make small changes in my thinking habits. You may want to consider doing some personal inner work related to your self confidence, self-esteem, and self-love in addition to your gradual diet change. Otherwise, your new habits might not stick. People tend to sabotage themselves via their diets when they don't feel good about themselves. Often the key to lasting success is to feel good about yourself first, and your diet will follow.
