the first thing you need to do is see a doctor to make sure you have no underlying health problems before you start any diet or exercise plans...you may be even be given some diet guidelines...

fad diet and fasting is not the way to go now.


starting with just walking everyday has been proven to be a good exercise start for anyone...and portion control...maybe several small meals a day...fruit and veggies as snacks.


water is not a bad thing...sometimes when you think you are hungry, you are dehydrated and it fills you up...so drink it before eating.
