New Zealand would have to be up there on the list for many reasons.
1/clean air and water
2/low population and plentiful food
3/most electricity is generated by hydroelectric, the rest is natural gas and thermal,= clean non toxic air
4/away from the rest of the world in case the idiots nuke each other.
If needed, NZ could easily be self sufficient... in case the rest of the world nukes itself.
5/unsurpassed beauty and cheap land.
6/Has no nuke policy, so no nukes or radiation form accidents.
7/has bungy jumping...
