Although the Warrior Diet has a bit of a detox effect, the main reasons people (including I) embark on it is because of the estrogen inhibition and testosterone production. In addition, it lowers body fat and gives you more energy.
When you say detox, I think green veggies and colorful fruits and tons of water. The Warrior Diet is simply eating one major meal at night in an attempt to optimize your body's natural metabolism.
The point of this diet isn't to detox, but rather to get ripped and have more energy.
