Getting partners with similar goals.
You hold each other to a higher standard than you would on your own, it's INFINITELY more fun and you are forced to take action even when you don't feel like it.
Notable examples in my life:- Golf: 4 handicap. Only because of the people I was playing with.
- Gym: found a gym partner and gained 1 stone in muscle in 3 months
- Meeting women: had a couple of friends with similar goals. We pushed each other outside our comfort zones.
Qualities in partners:- They MUST be motivated to improve, not just turn up.
- Similar standard, or possibly slightly better.
- Workable logistics.
Get this taken care of and success is automatic.
