I have a "to do" list that I usually keep in my head but if I have a lot to do then I will actually write it down. This method's really helped me because in the past I'd often flit between goals and often end up only half finishing things.

Now I start my day and work through my list, I get a lot more done and I do it better too! This might be a good one for you to try coffegirl, write down a list of things you want to get done tomorrow and avoid distractions until they are done.

I've also had a great deal of personal success with hypnosis. I used to have a great deal of trouble sleeping, both in the actual process of falling asleep and during sleep itself. Now I go through a little hypnotic script I've got memorized and my sleep has greatly improved. I've had a little help with this one though since my brother's a hypnotherapist.
