it is true that you have to have a true desire to create a lean, healthy body,
but unconscious commitments, and all other things that have to do with that
part of ourselves, are not where we should waste our time looking.

instead it isto the person's advantage to look what is really important and
what truly matters to them in life, if being lean and healthy is not important
*nothing* will help in the long run....Period! End of Story!

and by the way it is not so easy to eat less and workout more, and the majority know nothing about observing current reality, and how to use it
to accomplish what is important
