Hey James,
I always find my skin looks better when I eat a lot of foods that contain healthy fats - olives, coconut, and avocados, especially.

Processed food, greasy food, and sugar have the opposite effect. I don't find that food with "skin" helps my skin, but the fibre does keep your system cleaned out!
