Oh man- now my story doesn't seems very cool at all
(congrats on the writers retreat!!)
I was reading this forum last night before bed and was thinking about trying this IM thing for the first time. Problem was, I didn't want to ask for an object-- something that would set me back or be material, like inquiringmind4u was discussing in the linked post above. Having never done it.... I didn't know just what to do! So I just asked the Universe to tell me how to frame a request. A little voice popped into my head and kinda prodded me, like "hey dummy-- look at the clock!" And it was 11:11.
Guess I'm on the right track!
