A couple ideas that helped me:
- Time itself is a mental concept only and does not really exist. "Now" doesn't either, it's more accurate to say "Always".
- Focusing on awareness or the "I am" thought helps keep you in the Now; regardless of what changes in content occurs, you are always with the unchanging context
- from David Deida's work, the concept of you're either being love/openness, or you're being fearful/closed, in every moment. By completely opening and baring your heart/soul/body/mind with no trace of fear whatsoever, you stay completely in the present without your mind filtering/coloring your experiences
