You can deal with this issue easily.

It's simply become a habit for you to check often. Here's what I want you to do. Find a substitute habit.

Everytime you feel the urge to check your inbox more than once a day, immediately start a conversation with somebody... anybody.

This will program your mind to stop checking email so much and loosen up any negative emotions attached to it.
