Déjà vu is sometimes defined the illusion of having already experienced something actually being experienced for the first time.
Let me translate this as

The experience where one intuits that one has gone to a particular place or met a particular person or set of persons before even though one’s physical body is experiencing that place for the first time.

This begs the question as how that would be possible that one may experience when one is distinctly not experiencing through a physical body. The answer is of course that we have psychic bodies which have experiences when they are interspaced with a physical form and also when they are isolated from physical existence.
