The solution I have in mind is to separate men from women and criminalize sex intercourses out side marriage, it is the right thing to do, but I know it won't happen, so, I offered another solution.
Mind-on, I strongly disagree with you there. Not allowing men and women to associate isn't the right way to go, neither is not allowing people to live their lives the way they want. I believe no one should get to make rules for an individual's personal life as long as he or she isn't harming anyone else. One possibility is to punish inappropriate behaviour towards another person without his or her permission, which is nearly what happens today. However, this itself raises a lot of questions about where we draw the line. We cant take away people's liberty because they might, in future, cheat on someone.
