I believe that you can manifest health. Just let go of the belief that you need "scientific" proof that it is cleared up. I have a virus that will always show up positive in tests but my belief is I am completely healed of it. I haven't had an outbreak in several months which is excellent progress for me. Maybe it would be better to focus on being free of this disease and then manifest your girl. Also if you are feeling you "Need" a relationship to be happy, learn to love yourself and be content with yourself. I believe that will make manifesting her or another girl easier. You do this by being present in the moment. Observing your thoughts and feelings and allow them to be. Take care of your body. Eat optimal nutrition for your health.
