Day 15 Woke up at 5 but fell asleep until 6
Night sleep: 11:30pm-6am
Nap: 2:50-4:30pm
I woke up feeling completely refreshed at 5 o'clock and then had to stay in bed for a while because my son was crying, and what do you know, went to sleep again! Next time, I'll try to keep my eyes open and stair at something interesting in the room, if I have to stay in bed. I can't wait to actually being up at 5, as I think 6 is a little less productive, not to mention I feel guilty that my 30 day trial is in a bit of a slump. I managed to meditate and do yoga, which are my basics for now, but I couldn't get myself to clean for my other challenge this morning.
