I think what Steve means is that you should consider how certain goals you might want to achieve make you feel
now.
So for instance how does the goal of getting up at 6 am every day make you feel? Do you feel powerful, focused and productive when you consider that goal?
Or doesn't it do anything for you?
Goals that make you feel good NOW are way more interesting, since NOW is all you will ever have.
