Day 16: woke up at 8
I am still happy this is going like it is. The fact that my energylevels on the day are very different and that i have to eat lunch/dinner much earlier are very strange to me.
I am over 30 so maybe it is that also: i'm getting older

Yesterday at 18:00 i was supertired, after a walk that did not help i took some coffee and i crashed really. At 22:30 i went to bed but could not sleep untill 24:00 (ggreat).
As i work for myself, mostly at home, it is more difficult i think because i have a lot of time to think about me beiing tired

. At work or with friends there is more distraction. But hey i cannot complain, working at home is what i wanted
Goal tomorrow: if i manage to sleep on time at 7, otherwise no later then 8.
