I started this crazy 30 day trial Love Meditation - sending love all over the place

it has been 10 days and it feels great although there are days when I can't really open my heart chakra. But I still send some luuuuuuuuuving

I can't see thing happening yet, although I have had a breakthrough in an relationship that was bugging me.

Now i go and torture my body!
