While I wasn't tired during the day, I was tired around 10pm and definitely very tired when I finally went to sleep. I tried staying up to meditate and get yoga done, but I never did get around to yoga and I basically fell asleep during my meditation.
Today Night sleep: 11:30-5:50am (I overslept on accident)
Nap: 3-4pm
Routine: Went back to my morning routine without any problem today, meditating and doing yoga, as well as studying. Also cleaned up this morning (see my other challenge), which is a new addition to my routine
