Considering it will take almost two weeks of pay to drive out there and participate....maybe by the 2015 conference.

If I may offer a suggestion? For the persons who can't afford to actively participate, would you be willing to release a video of the finished conference afterward? That way we can still benefit, but you can still justify charging in order to be there. (Kind of like TED.)
