These are the SIMPLE changes that I made that improved my energy levels by a huge margin. I use the tips on a daily basis:
- VITAMINS: I recommend taking a multivatmin, fish oil, vitamin C, B12, folic acid, flaxseed oil everyday.
- WORKOUT DAILY: I recommend working out in a different way, 6 days a week. Be it plyometrics, cardio, or powerlifting.
- DIET: You do not need wheat products. Remove them completely from your diet. Focus on six small meals a day. Eat FRESH and clean foods like fish, fruits, veggies.
- SLEEP/REST: You gotta recover after those workouts so take time to rest and sleep. Let yourself relax.
- ATTITUDE: Have a positive outlook. Always look on the bright side of things. Make your workout and meals enjoyable. Add some spice to your life to make it fun!
