Day 11 My own sleep test
Night Sleep: 12am-2:30am and 5:30-8am
Nap: 1-2p
I don't feel tired, which makes me question my belief that I need a "sensible" amount of sleep every night. I really do think that my tiredness comes from being up at 5-7am, when my body is used to sleeping at that time for most of my life. After getting used to my current schedule for another week, I'll experience with reducing my night sleep a little to 4.5 to 5 hours. I'll keep my nap to about an hour, and maybe experiment with 30 minute naps after that.
