I would love it when i would be swimming at 8 for example. (Not so expensive and quiet.) Or go to the gym. Or walk in the forests. Then work afterwards. Or work at 7 allready. |
Sounds like you have the same idea as I do. I always feel like something more active might get me moving better. I do like my yoga and meditation, and right now, if I don't get them done in the morning, they just don't get done. I decided that I'll try to accomplish my most important tasks, but I might reconsider adding like walking or running in there. Going for a swim sounds fantastic too!
