Once you stop "working at it", it just sort of happens on its own; sometimes I'm actually almost disappointed because the hour seems to go by
too quickly!
I'm also finding that the more I do my target visualization, the more real it begins to seem - not only is some of the imagery getting 'sharper' and more stable, but my other senses are getting into the game more and more
